LUCA / A Launch Video For a New Pizzeria

LUCA approached Thread in early 2022 to create a brand film using food imagery for their new restaurant venture: Pizzeria LUCA. Taylor and Leeann Mason's vision for the pizzeria is to create a vibrant, fun, and approachable eatery that pays homage to the little pizzerias found throughout Italy. We leaned into the creative direction, shooting the food within a bold color palette, and incorporating photos that Matt had taken on a recent trip to the Italian coast. In the edit, we created an energetic and rowdy cut, further breaking the concept away from fine dining.
