We're excited to share a preview of our identity system for the Stadium Row Apartments. Stadium Row will be the first residential rental, new-construction development within Lancaster’s city limits in 50 years. The revitalization and cultural advancement of Lancaster over the past 10 years have readied the city for an upscale, modern, residential development—with inspiration drawn from larger metropolitan areas. Stadium Row seeks to make an architectural mark in the city landscape, while serving as a gateway for its discerning residents to all of Lancaster City’s attractions.
Stadium Row will be located at 816 North Prince Street in the northwest corridor area near Clipper Stadium. If approved by the City Planning Commission at their Wed., Nov. 6 meeting, Stadium Row will have 104 apartments.
